In the event that any Obligor shall receive any Net Return of Capital at any time after the Availability Period, the Borrower shall, no later than the third Business Day following the receipt of such Net Return of Capital, prepay the Loans in an amount equal to 100% of such Net Return of Capital (and the Commitments shall be permanently reduced by such amount).
In the event that any Obligor shall receive any Net Return of Capital at any time after the Availability Period, the Borrower shall, no later than the third Business Day following the receipt of such Net Return of Capital, prepay the Loans (and/or provide cover for Letters of Credit as contemplated by 2.04(k)) in an amount equal to 100% of such Net Return of Capital (and the Commitments shall be permanently reduced by such amount).
