Network Affiliate definition

Network Affiliate means a local television station that broadcasts some or all of the Video Programming of Defendants’ Broadcast Networks (i.e., NBC or Telemundo). A Network Affiliate is owned and operated by Persons other than Defendants.
Network Affiliate means a company, government agency or other organization that is involved in a specific aspect of Network research or other Network activity, or provides support to the Network, and that has been accepted as an Affiliate of the Network by the Board of Directors and that has entered into a Network Affiliate agreement with the Network.
Network Affiliate means an entity which maintains a copy of the AltaVista Index under license from Digital on a World Wide Web server operated by such entity, and provides the public with the means to query the AltaVista Index, and which would use the AltaVista brand (including its trademarks and logos) and meet Digital's quality assurance standards.

Network Affiliate means a Person (that is not an Affiliate of any Obligor) to whom Borrower grants, pursuant to an Affiliation Agreement, the exclusive license to broadcast Borrower's programming over the air within the exclusive broadcast area represented by such Person's radio station signal contour as identified in such Affiliation Agreement.
Network Affiliate means any Person who, directly or indirectly, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with NFN. As used in this definition, "control" means (i) the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to elect at a majority of the board of directors or other similar governing body of such Person or (ii) the beneficial ownership of at least a majority of the voting capital stock or other beneficial interests with voting rights of such Person; provided, that notwithstanding the foregoing, a Network Affiliate shall be deemed to include any Person as to which NFN and/or Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx have the effective ability, directly or indirectly, to cause such Person to lease or otherwise grant the right to use such Person's fiber optic cable network to another Person.
Network Affiliate refers to a Site that participates on one or more LinkShare Networks and, through such participation and use of the appropriate LinkShare Offerings, desires or makes itself available to be recruited or to enter into engagements to display, distribute or place qualifying links provided by Network Merchants for compensation.
