Television station means a broadcasting station from which television programmes are broadcast:
Television station means a technical complex comprised of television transmitters together with antennae and other technical equipment intended for the broadcasting, re-broadcasting or transmitting of television programmes.
Television station means any group of assets which constitutes all or substantially all of the assets which would be necessary to carry on the business of a commercial television broadcast station and which, when purchased by a single purchaser would (together with any necessary licenses, authorizations, working capital and operating location) be substantially sufficient to allow such purchaser to carry on such business.
