Television station means a broadcasting station from which television programmes are broadcast:

Television station means a technical complex comprised of television transmitters together with antennae and other technical equipment intended for the broadcasting, re-broadcasting or transmitting of television programmes.

Television station means any station-

Television station means, at any time (a) each television broadcast station listed in Schedule 1.01C hereto, (b) any television broadcast station licensed by the FCC to the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries on, or at any time after, the Effective Date.
