Network Management Services definition

Network Management Services are that portion of the Baseline Services described as Network Management Services in Schedule B.

Network Management Services is defined in Subparagraph 2(h)(iii).

Network Management Services has the meaning set out in paragraph 1.1.2(f) of Schedule 2 (Service Descriptions).

Examples of Network Management Services in a sentence

• Telstra is permitted to provide, and there is no obligation under this Plan requiring it to disconnect, any Network Management Services, including where provided in a Rollout Region after the Disconnection Date for that Rollout Region.

• Network Management Services Manage and provide services for network related issues, to include, but not be limited to: connectivity troubleshooting, eliminating bottlenecks, and monitoring.

• In the event that Operator has no wholesale customers in the Market Area, Operator shall make available to Licensee free of charge the Network Management Services that Operator customarily provides at no separately stated charge to wholesale customers of Operator in other comparable Market Areas where Operator has wholesale customers.

• If Operator has no wholesale customers in any of its Market Areas, then Operator shall provide Licensee with such Network Management Services as are commonly and customarily provided by comparable wireless carriers to their wholesale customers at no additional charge.

Network Management Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).

Network Management Services means those services provided by Doctors Health to NYLCare Mid-Atlantic with respect to Doctors Health Enrollees as set forth in Section 2.4 of this Agreement.

Network Management Services means, if applicable, the non-technical implementation and program management services in support of Customer’s care coordination efforts and the Network, and as further set forth in the Statement of Work. For the avoidance of doubt, “Network Management Services” does not include the Service Software or related platform, content, Documentation, Implementation Services, hosting, management, support and maintenance services but applies to the specific professional services and/or Project Materials described in the applicable executed Statement of Work.
