Neutral Decisionmaker definition

Neutral Decisionmaker means individuals who do not have a Potential Conflict of Interest as
Neutral Decisionmaker means individuals who do not have a Potential Conflict of Interest. An agency, legislative body, board, bureau, department, commission or committee may must by rule or policy designate a Neutral Decisionmaker(s) to receive disclosures and evaluate and decide on the potential recusal and disqualification. The Neutral Decisionmaker shall not be an appointed or elected official.
Neutral Decisionmaker means the individual or committee designated by an agency, legislative body, board, commission, or committee to receive disclosures of Potential Conflicts of Interest and determine whether the Potential Conflict of Interest is a Disqualifying Conflict of Interest. In the absence of a rule or policy designating a Neutral Decisionmaker, the following shall apply:

  • Final Decision means a final action of the commission determining the legal rights, duties, or privileges of any person. “Final decision” does not include preliminary, procedural, or intermediate actions by the commission, actions regulating the internal administration of the commission, or actions of the commission to enter into or refrain from entering into contracts or agreements with vendors to provide goods or services to the commission.

  • Arbitration Tribunal means an organ composed of an odd number of persons known as arbitrators, who decide on the solution of a conflict in which the parties have expressly waived recourse to the ordinary civil courts

  • Supported decision-making means a process of supporting and accommodating an adult with a disability to enable the adult to make life decisions, including decisions related to where the adult wants to live, the services, supports, and medical care the adult wants to receive, whom the adult wants to live with, and where the adult wants to work, without impeding the self-determination of the adult.

  • Mediator has the meaning given to it in clause 9.3.1

  • Arbitration Panel means a panel established under Article 14.5 (Establishment of the Arbitration Panel);
