Goods or Services definition

Goods or Services means those Goods or Services identified in this Contract, which may be changed, from time to time by the mutual written agreement of the parties.

• Payments made under this Paragraph shall not exceed the aggregate price payable by Buyer for finished Goods or services that would be produced or performed by Seller under delivery or release schedules outstanding at the date of termination.
