A faculty member hired with tenure in January of 2017 will have a PTR Date of September AY 2016- 17 Hired 1/16/2017 Hire Date 9/16/2017 Effective Date (based on MOU) 2017-18 1 year 2018-19 2 year 2019-20 3 year 2020-21 4 year 2021-22 5 year – PTR review year 9/16/2022 PTR Increase New Effective Date ALSO start of academic year 1 for the next review cycle 2022-23 Year 1 of 5 9 2017 and will have their first PTR in Academic Year 2021-22.
Changes during Pending StatusThe Vendor may change the Effective Date requested in an Enrol Request which is pending by sending a Status Advice - New Effective Date (SA-NED) advising of a new requested Effective Date.
As of the New Effective Date, Executive shall receive for Executive’s services to be rendered hereunder an annualized base salary of $209,000.
Thereafter, this Agreement may be renewed by Lessor upon the designation of a new Effective Date (the “New Effective Date”), in each subsequent Calendar Year, in which case this Agreement shall continue from the New Effective Date for the remaining portion of that Calendar Year.
All such policies in effect as of the New Effective Date are attached to this Agreement as Schedule 4.14, and any modifications thereto shall be delivered to Reliant promptly, and in any event not less than seven (7) days prior to effectiveness of such modifications.
