New Intercreditor Agreements definition

New Intercreditor Agreements means, collectively, the New Intercreditor Agreement (New Secured Convertible Notes, New Secured Notes, and Exit Facility) and the New Intercreditor Agreement (Settling Miner Equipment Lenders, New Secured Notes, New Secured Convertible Notes, Exit Facility).
New Intercreditor Agreements means the New Intercreditor Agreement and the New Additional Intercreditor Agreement.
New Intercreditor Agreements means the intercreditor agreements, dated as of the Effective Date that will govern the New Senior 2010 Facility and the New Senior 2011 Facility, the forms of which shall be included as exhibits to the Plan Supplement.

New Intercreditor Agreements means the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement and/or the ABL Intercreditor Agreement.

  • ABL Security Documents means any agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any ABL Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.

  • Term Loan Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.

  • Second Priority Documents means each Second Priority Agreement, each Second Priority Security Document and each Second Priority Guarantee.
