New Issuance Date definition

New Issuance Date shall have the meaning specified in subsection 6.09(b).
New Issuance Date shall have the meaning, with respect to any Series issued pursuant to a New Issuance, specified in subsection 6.9(b).
New Issuance Date and "New Issuance Notice" shall be added to Section 1.01 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and they shall read as follows:

Examples of New Issuance Date in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the above, the Required Approvals shall be obtained within one (1) year of the New Issuance Date (the “Approval Deadline”).

  • Beginning on the two (2) year anniversary of the New Issuance Date, the Company shall have the right to redeem this Note in full (but not less than full) in cash upon delivering notice in writing sixty (60) days prior to such Redemption Date.

  • In the event that the Required Approvals are not obtained by the first anniversary of the New Issuance Date, then the interest rate shall thereafter be increased to accrue at a rate of 15% per annum.

  • Subject to Section 3(i) below, this Note shall accrue interest at a rate of 7% per annum daily commencing on the New Issuance Date, shall be compounded monthly and shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year, 30-day months and actual days elapsed.

  • If the Initial Conversion Shares and Conversion Shares are not registered under the Registration Rights Agreement by the fifteen (15) month anniversary of the New Issuance Date, then the then-current interest rate shall increase by a rate of 1% per annum each month thereafter (commencing on the day immediately following such 15-month anniversary date) until such shares are registered, up to the Default Rate.

  • All Certificates shall be dated the date of their authentication except Bearer Certificates which shall be dated the applicable New Issuance Date.


More Definitions of New Issuance Date

New Issuance Date is defined, with respect to any Series issued pursuant to a New Issuance, in Section 2.11 of the Indenture.
New Issuance Date means the most recent date on which there has been an Additional Share Issuance.

  • Series Issuance Date means, with respect to any Series, the date on which the Notes of such Series are to be originally issued in accordance with Section 2.10 and the related Indenture Supplement.

  • Policy Issuance Date means the date of first issuance of these Terms and Benefits.

  • Issuance Date means the date hereof.

  • Original Issuance Date means the date of closing pursuant to the Investment Agreement.

  • Initial Issuance Date means the Closing Date of the first Series of Notes issued to the Holders.

  • Original Maturity Date means the date on which the bond reaches the end of the term for which it was initially offered and, unless further extended, ceases to earn interest.

  • Stated Maturity Date is the date, as set forth on the Accumulation Fund Schedule, when the Fund Balance is originally due and payable to the Policyholder.

  • L/C Maturity Date means the date that is five Business Days prior to the Revolving Credit Maturity Date.

  • Early Preference Share Valuation Date means the date specified as such in the relevant Early Preference Share Redemption Notice which shall fall not less than one day and not more than 180 days following the day such Early Preference Share Redemption Notice is given. The Early Preference Share Redemption Notice may provide that such date is subject to adjustment in accordance with certain disruption or adjustment events, as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Specified Redemption Date means the tenth (10th) Business Day after receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption; provided that if the Company combines its outstanding REIT Shares, no Specified Redemption Date shall occur after the record date of such combination of REIT Shares and prior to the effective date of such combination.

  • Date of Issuance means the date of issuance by a Fronting Bank of a Letter of Credit under this Agreement.

  • Fundamental Change Purchase Date has the meaning specified in Section 8.01(a).

  • Term Maturity Date means December 30, 2021 (or, with respect to any Term Lender that has extended the maturity date of its Term Loans pursuant to Section 2.19(b), the extended maturity date set forth in the Extension Notice delivered by the Borrower and such Term Lender to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 2.19(b)).
