New Line Charge definition

New Line Charge means a charge for us arranging the installation of a new line;
New Line Charge means a Charge for us arranging installation of a New Line at your Home;

Examples of New Line Charge in a sentence

  • If you cancel your Agreement after your New Line has been installed, your New Line Charge is non-refundable This does not affect your legal rights where those rights cannot be excluded or limited.

  • Where we have installed a New Line we reserve the right to charge you the New Line Charge or part of it if it is reasonable for us to do in accordance with Clause 5.3.5. Where Equipment has been provided to you then you will return that Equipment to us within 30 days using the pre-paid returns pouch provided.

  • The New Line Charge is payable in addition to any other Charges for which you are responsible.

  • If you cancel your Agreement after your New Line has been installed, your New Line Charge is non-refundable.

Related to New Line Charge

  • Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.

  • Available Incremental Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(d)(v).

  • Finance charge means that term as defined in section 106 of the truth in lending act, 15 USC 1605.

  • Maximum Swingline Amount means $5,000,000.

  • Advance Amount means, with respect to any Asset for which any Liquidation Proceeds are received, the product of (i) the Maximum Advance Rate and (ii) the Collateral Balance of such Asset immediately prior to the sale or payment that gave rise to such Liquidation Proceeds.
