New Office Building definition

New Office Building means an Office Building which was first occupied on or after 1 January 2002.”
New Office Building means that certain Leased Real Property located at 1955 Chicago Avenue, Suite 200, Riverside, California.

  • The per square foot contribution will be made prior to the issuance of the first Non-RUP for each New Office Building and will be based on the actual site plan-approved GFA in each New Office Building.

  • The “TDM Penalty Fund” is clean, irrevocable letter of credit issued by a banking institution and delivered to the County at the time of approval of the TDMWP, for MITRE 4, and prior to the issuance of the first Non-RUP for each New Office Building on the Property.

  • A LEED-AP who is also a professional engineer or licensed architect will provide certification statements at both the time of site plan review and the time of building plan review for such New Office Building confirming that the items on the list will meet at least the minimum number of credits necessary to attain LEED Silver certification for that New Office Building.

  • For purposes of this Proffer, “Stabilization” will be deemed to occur one-year following issuance of the last initial Non-RUP for the final New Office Building to be constructed on the Property.

  • Grantor shall have no obligation under this Agreement to allow the general public to view the interior of the New Office Building.

  • The specific GFA for each New Office Building and each M5 Generator Enclosure may be adjusted up or down, and will be established at PCA/FDP and site plan, however, the maximum GFA shown on the CDP for MITRE 5 will not be exceeded.

Related to New Office Building

  • Office Building (Premises), means a building or premises or part thereof whose sole or principal use is for an office or for office purposes or clerical work. "Office purposes" includes the purpose of administration, clerical work, handling money, telephone, telegraph and computer operation; and "clerical work" includes writing, book-keeping, sorting papers typing, filing, duplicating, punching cards or tapes, machines calculations, drawing of matter for publication and editorial preparation of matter for publication.

  • Building means any structure used or intended for supporting or sheltering any use or occupancy.

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • heritage building means a Building designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, or a Building designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act,R.S.O. 1990, c.   • New Building ’ means a new construction to house a complete motor vehicle as- sembly process, where that construction includes the pouring or construction of a new foundation and floor, the erection of a new frame and roof, and the instal- lation of new plumbing and electrical and other utilities;

  • Building Square Footage or "BSF" means the square footage of assessable internal living space of a Unit, exclusive of any carports, walkways, garages, overhangs, patios, enclosed patios, detached accessory structure, other structures not used as living space, or any other square footage excluded under Government Code Section 65995 as determined by reference to the Building Permit for such Unit.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Outbuilding means and refer to structures such as (by way of example and not limitation) storage buildings, sheds, greenhouses, gazebos and other Roofed Structures.

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.
