New Parties definition

New Parties. Any entity or agency non-Party may become a member of the RWMG and a Party to this MOU upon the following conditions: The prospective member is a public agency or non-profit organization that has a role in water supply or water management and is approved as a member according to the procedures set forth in the Operating Guidelines (as that term is defined above); and The prospective member formally approves and duly executes and agrees to be bound by this MOU; and The prospective member is approved by a majority vote of the Leadership Committee.
New Parties means any parties joining the Consortium after the Consortium Agreement is signed by the Original Parties.

  • New Parties will be responsible for their portion of the shared M & O Expenses and future Expansion Costs, as defined in Article V(2) and V(6), respectively.

  • New Parties can join this Token SHA without explicit consent or information to the other Parties.

  • Accession by New Parties The State of New South Wales and the Northern Territory may become parties to this Agreement: with the consent of the existing Parties; and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the existing Parties in a Schedule to this Agreement.

Related to New Parties

  • Parent Parties has the meaning set forth in ARTICLE V.

  • Settling Parties means, collectively, Defendant and Plaintiffs, individually and on behalf of the Class and all Released Persons.

  • Investor Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Buyer Parties means, collectively, the Buyer and its officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, Affiliates (including the Company from and after the Closing) and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

  • Backstop Parties means, collectively, the Initial Backstop Parties and the Additional Backstop Parties.
