NEW POSITIONS. A new category over and above those covered by the schedule of job classifications.
NEW POSITIONS. New Employees or bargaining unit members assigned to new, never held positions after July 1, 2010 will be considered full time when the base work week is 38 (Thirty Eight) or more hours. Employees currently holding full-time positions will not be affected. In addition, bargaining unit members that once held full-time benefited positions and have lost their full-time status due to displacement will not be affected.
NEW POSITIONS. If new positions are created involving supplementary pay, Schedule C, the School District will meet and negotiate with the Association regarding rates of pay for such new positions. Section 6. Licensure: Teachers are responsible for maintaining appropriate licensure. Teachers without a valid license appearing on the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board (PELSB) website will be placed on an unpaid leave until such time as the teacher’s valid license appears on the Minnesota PELSB website.
