The parties hereto agree that, effective upon execution of this Amendment, the New Registrant, on behalf of itself and the New Acquired Fund, shall become a party to the Agreement and shall thereafter be a “Registrant” and its series an “Acquired Fund” (as such terms are defined and used in the Agreement), and shall be bound by all covenants, agreements, terms and conditions applicable to it as set forth therein and herein.
New Registrant, on behalf of itself and the New Acquired Fund, desires to become a party to the Agreement pursuant to the terms and conditions contained therein.
You hereby explicitly authorize us to act as “Designated Agent” to approve a change of registrant on behalf of the Prior Registrant and the New Registrant, consistent with and pursuant to the requirements of ICANN’s Transfer Policy.
If the New Registrant fails to be bound in a reasonable fashion (as determined by Directi in its sole discretion) to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, any such transfer will be null and void.
Subject to the foregoing and the Transfer Policy, Registrar will process permitted Change of Registrant requests within one (1) day of obtaining all required confirmations and notify the Prior Registrant and the New Registrant within one (1) day of the completion of the Change of Registrar as required by the Transfer Policy.
New Registrant Midwives will be eligible to move to Fee Level 2 upon the provision of approved documentation of the successful completion of their New Registrant requirements as set out by College Rules.
Confirmation of satisfactory completion of the College’s New Registrant requirements will be submitted by the Practice Group to the TPA before that Midwife’s Fee will be increased.
Assets purchased through the New Registrant Clinical Equipment One-Time Funding (Schedule G 4.1), Accommodation One-Time Funding (Schedule G 4.3) and Clinical Equipment for Midwives Disbursement (Schedule D 6.1) shall be the absolute property of the Midwife for whom the items where purchased.
Once a New Registrant has moved to Fee Level 2 (the date of such move being referred to in this paragraph as the “New Registrant Increase Date”), such Midwife will be eligible to move up to Fee Level 3 as of the date on which the New Registrant has completed the Period of Active Work at Fee Level 2.
In the event of any proposed Change of Registrant, Registrar will confirm that the Domain Name is eligible for a Change of Registrant and will confirm the Change of Registrant request with the Prior Registrant and the New Registrant and/or each of the respective Designated Agents to ensure all involved parties’ explicitly consented to the Change of Registrant request.
