New Revolving Termination Date definition

New Revolving Termination Date means the date on which the New Revolving Credit Commitments shall have terminated, no New Revolving Credit Loans shall be outstanding and the Letters of Credit Outstanding shall have been reduced to zero or Cash Collateralized.
