New Surveys definition

New Surveys has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b).
New Surveys means those surveys of the Properties described on Exhibit H attached hereto which have been ordered by Seller.
New Surveys means the Campground Survey and the Final Survey.

Examples of New Surveys in a sentence

  • The Due Diligence Period shall not be extended for resolution of any such matters in the New Surveys.

  • Buyer shall, promptly following the execution of this Agreement, commence to use its best efforts to obtain the New Surveys as soon as practicable.

  • Seller shall receive a signed original of the final New Surveys as soon as it is available and in any event, at or prior to Closing.

  • Buyer shall be responsible for all costs associated with the New Surveys.

  • If any supplemental title report or update issued subsequent to the Effective Date contains exceptions other than those in the Title Commitments or New Surveys and which have a material adverse effect on the use, value or operation of the Property (“New Exceptions”), Purchaser will be entitled to object to the New Exceptions by delivery of a notice of objections to Seller on or before the date that is five (5) days following Purchaser’s receipt of such supplement or update.


More Definitions of New Surveys

New Surveys means updates of Existing Surveys or new surveys of portions of Real Property obtained by either Purchaser or Seller, at Purchaser’s request.
New Surveys has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).
New Surveys has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.19.
New Surveys shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

Related to New Surveys

  • Existing Survey means the existing ALTA survey of the Property.

  • Title Commitment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.

  • Survey means a survey of the Property prepared by a surveyor licensed in the State and satisfactory to Lender and the company or companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy, and containing a certification of such surveyor satisfactory to Lender.

  • Land surveyor means a person who, by reason of his knowledge of the several sciences and of the principles of land surveying, and of the planning and design of land developments acquired by practical experience and formal education, is qualified to engage in the practice of land surveying, and whose competence has been attested by the Board through licensure as a land surveyor.

  • Surveys has the meaning set forth in Section 4(o) above.
