Examples of New Worthington in a sentence

  • During the Term, Worthington Steel may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to New Worthington.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement shall limit New Worthington’s ability to charge back any Liabilities that it incurs in respect of any New Worthington Benefit Arrangement to any of its operating companies in the ordinary course of business consistent with its past practices.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, New Worthington shall not be liable to any member of the Worthington Steel Group for any failure of any determination under this Section 3.6(b) to be accurate under applicable Tax Law; provided such determination was made in good faith.

  • The New Worthington Director DCP shall continue in effect after the Distribution Date in accordance with its terms, with payments made to current and former members of the New Worthington Board pursuant to their applicable deferral elections.

  • They are men of intelligence, with considerable experience in public affairs, and all this either from honest fanaticism or muddled thought they have perverted into the most dangerous channels.

  • Woodland means a group of indigenous trees which are not a natural forest, but whose crowns cover more than five per cent of the area bounded by the trees forming the perimeter of the group.

  • Conifer means a tree that is a Douglas-fir, true fir, pine, western hemlock, spruce, or cedar.

  • Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.

  • Parkland means any publicly owned land which is designated or used as a public park, recreation area, wildlife or waterfowl refuge or historic site.

  • PEBB means the public employees benefits board.

  • Catechumen means a member of the catechumenate of a Catholic Church. This will normally be evidenced by a certificate of reception into the order of catechumens.

  • Green means products, materials, methods and processes certified by a “Green Authority” that conserve natural resources, reduce energy or water consumption, avoid toxic or other polluting emissions or otherwise minimize environmental impact.

  • Condominium Corporation means a condominium or strata corporation established under Provincial Legislation.

  • Boathouse (NR 115.03(1h)) means a permanent structure used for the storage of watercraft and associated materials and includes all structures which are totally enclosed, have roofs or walls or any combination of these structural parts.

  • Shoreline means the upper reaches of the wash of the waves, other than storm and seismic waves, at high tide during the season of the year in which the highest wash of the waves occurs, usually evidenced by the edge of vegetation growth, or the upper limit of debris left by the wash of the waves.

  • HCP means a Habitat Conservation Plan prepared pursuant to § 10(a)(2)(A) of the ESA (16 U.S.C. § 1539(a)(2)(A)).

  • RD means research and development.

  • PCA means Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1971.

  • Corporation/ Corpn./ Department means the Central Warehousing Corporation.
