New Year Market Flow definition

New Year Market Flow means the Market Flow incorporating the transmission topology that includes all pre-existing Transmission Facilities and all new or upgraded Transmission Facilities whose impact on M2M Entitlements has been previously evaluated and incorporated, and all new or upgraded Transmission Facilities whose impact on M2M Entitlements is being evaluated in the current evaluation step.
New Year Market Flow means the Market Flow incorporating the transmission topology that includes all pre‐existing Transmission Facilities and all new or upgraded Transmission Facilities whose impact on M2M Entitlements has been previously evaluated and incorporated, and all new or upgraded Transmission Facilities whose impact on M2M Entitlements is being evaluated in the current evaluation step.

Related to New Year Market Flow

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).

  • Index Start Date means 19 January 2015.

  • Average Market Price means, with respect to any security, the arithmetic average of the Market Price of such security for the 15 consecutive trading day period ending on and including the trading day immediately preceding the determination date.

  • Reference Market Price initially means $______ (which is an amount equal to _____% of the reported last sale price for Common Stock on ____________, 1999), and in the event of any adjustment of the Conversion Price other than as a result of a Non-Stock Fundamental Change, the Reference Market Price shall also be adjusted so that the ratio of the Reference Market Price to the Conversion Price after giving effect to any such adjustment shall always be the same as the ratio of the initial Reference Market Price to the initial Conversion Price of the Debentures.

  • Retail Prices Index means the general index (for all items) published by the Office for National Statistics or, if that index is not published for a relevant month, any substituted index or index figures published by that Office;

  • Building level or district level leader means an individual employed by the District whose job assignment is that of a building level or district level administrator or an equivalent role, including an administrator licensed by the State Board of Education, an unlicensed administrator, or an individual on an Administrator Licensure Completion Plan. Building level or district level leader does not include the superintendent, deputy superintendents, associate superintendents, and assistant superintendents.

  • Quotes Base means Quotes Flow information stored on the Server.

  • Pricing Level refers to the determination of which of Level I, Level II, Level III, Level IV, Level V or Level VI applies at any date.

  • Three-Month Term SOFR Conventions means any determination, decision or election with respect to any technical, administrative or operational matter (including with respect to the manner and timing of the publication of Three-Month Term SOFR, or changes to the definition of “Floating Interest Period”, timing and frequency of determining Three-Month Term SOFR with respect to each Floating Interest Period and making payments of interest, rounding of amounts or tenors, and other administrative matters) that the Company decides may be appropriate to reflect the use of Three-Month Term SOFR as the Benchmark in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Company decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Company determines that no market practice for the use of Three-Month Term SOFR exists, in such other manner as the Company determines is reasonably necessary).

  • Minimum Weighted Average Spread Test means a test that will be satisfied on any date of determination if the Weighted Average Spread of all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Collateral on such date is equal to or greater than 5.00%.

  • Federal poverty level means the poverty level as defined by the most recently revised poverty income guidelines published by the United States Department of Health and Human Services in the Federal Register.

  • Limited Indexation Month means any month specified in the relevant Final Terms for which a Limited Indexation Factor is to be calculated;

  • Minimum Weighted Average Coupon Test means a test that will be satisfied on any Measurement Date if the Weighted Average Coupon equals or exceeds 5.0%.

  • LIBOR Market Index Rate means, for any day, the rate for one-month U.S. dollar deposits as reported on Telerate Page 3750 as of 11:00 a.m., London time, for such day, provided, if such day is not a LIBOR Business Day, the immediately preceding LIBOR Business Day (or if not so reported, then as determined by the Swingline Lender from another recognized source or interbank quotation).
