Transmission Facilities definition

Transmission Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in the Operating Agreement.
Transmission Facilities means those facilities that are used to provide transmission services as determined by the federal energy regulatory commission and the commission.
Transmission Facilities means electric facilities located in Delaware and owned by a public utility that operate at voltages above 34,500 volts and that are used to transmit and deliver electricity to Customers (including any Customers taking electric service under interruptible rate schedules as of December 31, 1998) up through and including the point of physical connection with electric facilities owned by the Customer.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the ISO shall register for the “Transmission Operator” function for all NTO Transmission Facilities under ISO Operational Control identified in Appendix A-1 of this Agreement.

  • A Transmission Interconnection Customer interconnecting Merchant D.C. Transmission Facilities and/ or Controllable A.C. PSC 112.02 (8) and the associated supports, connection equipment and enclosures and control equipment.
