New York Business Hour definition

New York Business Hour means any one-hour period that occurs during the period from 9:00 a.m. (New York time) to 6:00 p.m. (New York time) on any day on which commercial banks are open for business in New York City; provided that if a period is expressed as an amount of New York Business Hours and insufficient New York Business Hours exist prior to 6:00 p.m. (New York time) on the relevant day following the commencement of such period, such period shall be deemed to continue on the next succeeding day on which commercial banks are open for business in New York City until the relevant period of New York Business Hours has expired.

  • Business Hour means a clock hour during Standard Business Hours.

  • Business Hours means the hours from 9.00am to 5.00pm on a Business Day.

  • Normal Business Hours means 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST/EDT, on Business Days.

  • Regular Business Hours means 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except on Legal Holidays.

  • Operating Hours means the hours listed in an early learning program parent handbook when the program is open and providing care and services to children.

  • Normal means the condition which would have existed had no loss occurred.

  • Working Hours means 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on a Business Day.

  • Gross household income means gross income of a household as those terms are defined in rules of the authority.

  • Normal Working Hours means between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, inclusive. Saturdays, Sundays, and County holidays are excluded.

  • Visit means the member is actually examined by a professional provider. Covered expenses include physician consultations with written reports, as well as second opinion surgery consultations.

  • Trading Hours means the hours of trading as set forth on the Trading Platform for a particular Underlying Asset.

  • Working Hour means an hour between 0900 hours and 1700 hours on a Working Day.

  • School business day means any calendar day except Saturdays, Sundays, and any federal and school holidays upon which the office of the Superintendent is open to the public for business. A school business day concludes or terminates upon the closure of the Superintendent’s office for the calendar day.

  • Inspection means activities such as measuring, examining, testing, gauging one or more characteristics of the product or service and comparing the same with the specified requirement to determine conformity.

  • Excluded Books and Records has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Access means disclosure by the provision of access;

  • Unit operating hour or "hour of unit operation" means an hour in which a unit combusts any fuel.

  • Accessible as used in this Agreement, means a person with a disability is afforded the opportunity to acquire the same information, engage in the same interactions, and enjoy the same services as a person without a disability in an equally effective and equally integrated manner, with substantially equivalent ease of use. A person with a disability must be able to obtain the information as fully, equally, and independently as a person without a disability. Although this might not result in identical ease of use compared to that of persons without disabilities, it still must ensure equal opportunity to the educational benefits and opportunities afforded by the technology and equal treatment in the use of such technology. The District agrees to take the following actions:

  • Inspect means the ability to review and copy a CIF to the same extent as any other document contained in a court file.

  • Local Business Day means, subject to the Schedule, a day on which commercial banks are open for business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits)

  • representative office means any of- fice of a foreign bank which is located in any state and is not a Federal branch, Federal agency, State branch, State agency, or commercial lending company subsidiary.

  • Transferred Books and Records has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(f).

  • Hours As used herein, the term "Hours" shall mean sequential sixty (60) minute time frames.

  • Business Records means, in respect of any Person, all data and Records relating to such Person, including client and customer lists and Records, referral sources, research and development reports and Records, cost information, sales and pricing data, customer prospect lists, customer and vendor data, production reports and Records, service and warranty Records, equipment logs, operating guides and manuals, financial and accounting Records, personnel Records (subject to Applicable Law), creative materials, advertising materials, promotional materials, studies, reports, correspondence and other similar documents and records.

  • Ordinary Hours means the Ordinary Hours that the Employee is required to work which are 36 hours per week, 8 hours per day Monday to Friday (with 0.8 hours per day accruing for a paid Rostered Day Off)

  • Adult day services means adult day services as defined in section 231D.1.
