News Group. News Corporation and each member of its Group;

News Group means News Corporation, a Delaware corporation, and any of its successors and Affiliates, and (a) K. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and any executor, administrator, guardian, conservator or similar legal representative thereof, (b) any member of the immediate family of K. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, (c) any Person directly or indirectly controlled by one or more of the members of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ family described above (a “Controlled Person”), and (d) any Person acting as agent for any Person described in clauses (a) through (d) hereof; provided that a trust and the trustees of such trust shall be deemed to be controlled by any one or more members of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ family if a majority of the trustees of such trust are members of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ family or may be removed or replaced by any one or more of the members of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ family and/or Controlled Persons.

Rupert Murdoch, (iii) any Person directly or indirectly controlled by one or more of the members of the Murdoch family described above (a “Controlled Person”), and (iv) any Person acting as agent for any Person described in clauses (i) through (iii) hereof; provided that a trust and the trustees of such trust shall be deemed to be controlled by any one or more members of the Murdoch family if a majority of the trustees of such trust are members of the Murdoch family or may be removed or replaced by any one or more of the members of the Murdoch family and/or Controlled Persons.
