Next Entitlement definition

Next Entitlement means, for each Energy Security of class i on a Pricing Day t, E2(i,r) calculated in accordance with Condition 5.5, for Brent 1mth and WTI 1mth Oil Securities, Condition 5.6 for all other classes of Oil Securities and Condition 5.7 for Carbon Securities, subject in each case to the provisions of Condition 7;
Next Entitlement means, for each Energy Security of class i on a Pricing Day t, E2(i,r) calculated in accordance with Condition 5.5, for Brent 1mth and WTI 1mth Oil Securities, Condition

  • Pledged Security Entitlements means all security entitlements with respect to the financial assets listed on Schedule 4.7(c) (as such schedule may be amended from time to time) and all other security entitlements of any Grantor.

  • Collateral Support means all property (real or personal) assigned, hypothecated or otherwise securing any Collateral and shall include any security agreement or other agreement granting a lien or security interest in such real or personal property.

  • Material Asset means any asset which has a book value of RMB100,000 or more or has a material effect on the business operations of any Party.

  • Investment Property the collective reference to (i) all “investment property” as such term is defined in Section 9-102(a)(49) of the New York UCC (other than any Foreign Subsidiary Voting Stock excluded from the definition of “Pledged Stock”) and (ii) whether or not constituting “investment property” as so defined, all Pledged Notes and all Pledged Stock.

  • Reinsurance intermediary means a reinsurance intermediary-broker or a reinsurance intermediary-manager.

  • Payment intangible means a general intangible under which the account debtor's principal obligation is a monetary obligation.

  • Fiscal Intermediary means any qualified insurance company or other Person that has entered into an ongoing relationship with any Governmental Authority to make payments to payees under Medicare, Medicaid or any other federal, state or local public health care or medical assistance program pursuant to any of the Health Care Laws.
