NHG Advance Right means the right to receive an advance payment of expected loss from Stichting WEW, subject to certain conditions being met;

NHG Advance Right means the right to receive an advance payment of expected loss from Stichting WEW, subject to certain conditions being met. NHG Advance Right Repayment Amount means such amount required to be repaid to Stichting WEW pursuant to the NHG Conditions in connection with a previously received cash payment under the NHG Advance Right.

  • L/C Advance means, with respect to each Lender, such Lender’s funding of its participation in any L/C Borrowing in accordance with its Applicable Percentage.
