NHG Advance Right means the right to receive an advance payment of expected loss from Stichting WEW, subject to certain conditions being met;

  • Unlike the surety, this NHG Advance Right therefore does not automatically transfer.

  • VA Loan means a Mortgage Loan which is subject of a VA Loan Guaranty Agreement as evidenced by a loan guaranty certificate, or a Mortgage Loan which is a vendor loan sold by the VA.

  • Interest Advance means an Advance made pursuant to Section 2.02(a).

  • Servicing Advance shall have the meaning given thereto in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.

  • Equipment Advance is defined in Section 2.1.1.

  • Receivables Advance Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a)(y)(i) hereof.
