No Defect Found definition

No Defect Found or “NDF” shall mean a Product whose function was suspect, but no specific fault was detected in Solectron’s performance of failure analysis.
No Defect Found means an item of Equipment returned to Lucent in accordance with clause 16.6 which Lucent has tested and found, as a result of that testing, to have no Defect.
No Defect Found or "NDF" means a Parts whose function was suspect, but no specific fault was detected during Supplier's performance of failure analysis. Buyer will reimburse Supplier the actual and reasonable cost associated with NDF screening and in no event will such costs exceed an amount equal to the Price paid by Buyer for such Services on the FRU.

  • Material Defect As defined in Section 2.02(c) hereof.

  • Nonconformity or “Nonconformities” means any failure or failures of the Software to conform to the requirements of this Contract, including any applicable Documentation.

  • Latent Defect means a defect, inherently lying within the material or arising out of design deficiency, which do not manifest themselves and/or was not reasonably discoverable during Defect Liability period.

  • Latent Defects means such defects caused by faulty designs, material or work-man- ship which cannot be detected during inspection, testing etc, based on the technology available for carrying out such tests.

  • Major Defect means a condition that exists on a ground ambulance vehicle that requires the Department or the certificate holder to place the ground ambulance vehicle out-of-service.

  • Environmental Harm means serious or material environmental harm or environmental nuisance as defined in the Environmental Protection Xxx 0000 (Qld);

  • Environmental Violation means, with respect to the Property, any activity, occurrence or condition that violates or results in non-compliance with any Environmental Law.

  • Defect Liability Period in relation to a work means the specified period from the date of COMPLETION CERTIFICATE upto the date of issue of FINAL CERTIFICATE during which the CONTRACTOR stands responsible for rectifying all defects that may appear in the works executed by the CONTRACTOR in pursuance of the CONTRACT and includes warranties against Manufacturing/Fabrication/ Erection/Construction defects covering all materials plants, equipment, components, and the like supplied by the CONTRACTOR, works executed against workmanship defects.

  • Construction defect means a deficiency in or a deficiency arising out of the design, specifications, surveying, planning, supervision, or observation of construction or construction of residential improvements that results from any of the following:

  • Casualty Loss means, with respect to any item of Equipment, the loss, theft, damage beyond repair or governmental condemnation or seizure of such item of Equipment.

  • Seller Losses has the meaning set forth in Section 10.2(a).

  • Seller Taxes has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1(f).

  • Environmental Notice means any written directive, notice of violation or infraction, or notice respecting any Environmental Claim relating to actual or alleged non-compliance with any Environmental Law or any term or condition of any Environmental Permit.
