Paid by Buyer. Buyer agrees to pay the recording fees for the Special Warranty Deed; one-half (1/2) of any escrow or closing fee charged by the Title Company; the lender's fees and charges, the premium for the Mortgagee's Title Policy, if required, and any other similar closing costs customarily paid by a Buyer of real property.
