Nominated Access Rights definition

Nominated Access Rights means the Access Rights the End User intends to relinquish or transfer for the purposes of Clauses 4.2(b)(i) and 4.2(c)(i) (as applicable);
Nominated Access Rights has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking. Nominated Monthly Train Services for a Train Service Type means the number of Train Services for that Train Service Type that the Access Holder is entitled to have operated during any Month:

  • Telecommunications Access Device means that term as defined in Section 219a of the Michigan Penal Code, 1931 PA 328, MCL 750.219a, as may be amended from time to time. As of January 2012, "Telecommunication Access Device" is defined to mean any of the following:

  • Designated Account means the Deposit Account of Borrower identified on Schedule D-1 to the Agreement (or such other Deposit Account of Borrower located at Designated Account Bank that has been designated as such, in writing, by Borrower to Agent).

  • Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.

  • Child support means that part of a Child Restraint System by which the child can be raised within the Child Restraint System.
