Nominated Calculation Agent definition

Nominated Calculation Agent means the independent person notified as such to the IDNO Parties from time to time, such person to be agreed between the DNO Parties (or, in the absence of unanimous agreement, the majority of the DNO Parties) and appointed by the DNO Parties for the purposes of Clauses 42.12 and 42.13 and Schedule 29. Offshore Transmission Owner means, in respect of an Offshore Transmission System, the owner of that Offshore Transmission System.

Examples of Nominated Calculation Agent in a sentence

  • The User shall (if it is an IDNO Party) provide to the Nominated Calculation Agent such data concerning each of the User’s Systems as may reasonably be requested in order that the Nominated Calculation Agent can calculate the “HV split” and/or the "LV mains split" (as each such expression is defined in Schedule 29).

  • The User shall provide such data during October each year, and shall provide such data in such reasonable format as the Nominated Calculation Agent may request.

  • Index Calculation Agent means Bank Vontobel AG, Gotthardstrasse 43, 8002 Zurich, Switzerland. "Index Calculation Day" means every day from Monday to Friday.

  • Determination Agent means Calculation Agent Services LLC and any successor or replacement thereto or any other entity appointed as determination agent in accordance with the terms of the Determination Agency Agreement.

  • Valuation Agent means Party A in all circumstances.

  • Calculation Agent means the Calculation Agent as specified in § 2 (2) of the General Conditions.
