Nominated Capacity definition

Nominated Capacity means the whole or portion of the Booked Capacity that the Shipper declares to Transporter or NGGMS as the case maybe, to utilize for flow of gas on a Gas Day
Nominated Capacity means the Facility's ability to provide power, expressed in MW, as determined under Article V hereof.

More Definitions of Nominated Capacity

Nominated Capacity means, for each Initial Shipper, that amount of its Allocated Capacity that an Initial Shipper notifies Carrier in the relevant Nomination Month, pursuant to the procedures of Section 3.4(b) of the General Terms and Conditions, will be used by Initial Shipper in the relevant Schedule Months, stated separately by Short-term Haul and Long-term Haul.
Nominated Capacity means the thermal energy capacity stated in Schedule 4, expressed in kW, that the Seller will be capable of delivering to the Point of Interconnection in order to heat the Received System Water to the temperatures stated in Schedule 4 at all times during the Service Term.
Nominated Capacity means the volume of Crude Oil that the Shipper or Third Party requests be transported through the Pipeline according to the communication sent to CENIT during the respective Nomination month in accordance with the procedures set out in the Transporter Manual. Nomination: a Service Request for the Operational Month that specifies the required transportation volume, the Entry Hub, the Exit Hub and the Quality of the Hydrocarbon being transported. For the other Services it means the corresponding Service request formalized by the Shipper for an Operation Month, which specifies the volume required for each Tank, Unloading Platform, Port, and Loading Platform, the Entry Point, the Exit Point, Hydrocarbon Quality and the ownership of the Crude Oil for which storage, unloading, loading at Ports and loading into tank trucks, respectively, has been requested.
Nominated Capacity means, with respect to each year from the Unit Completion Date for an Unit up to the Transfer Date and subject to the operation of Article 7.19 and Section 2 of the Eighth Schedule, the net kilowatt capability nominated by CEPA for such Unit for such year; such nomination shall be made by CEPA on the Unit Completion Date of such Unit and, for each year thereafter, not later than thirty (30) days prior to the anniversary of such Unit Completion Date;

  • Bid Capacity meanss capacity offered by the bidder in his Bid under invitation.

For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Offer Floor” for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is not a Special Case Resource shall mean the lesser of (i) a numerical value equal to 75% of the Mitigation Net CONE translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value (“Mitigation Net CONE Offer Floor”), or (ii) the numerical value that is the first year value of the Unit Net CONE determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7, translated into a seasonally adjusted monthly UCAP value using an appropriate class outage rate, (“Unit Net CONE Offer Floor”). The Offer Floor for a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier that is a Special Case Resource shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.5. The Offer Floor for Additional CRIS MW shall mean a numerical value determined as specified in Section 23.4.5.7.6. For the purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Non-Qualifying Entry Sponsors” shall mean a Transmission Owner, Public Power Entity, or any other entity with a Transmission District in the NYCA, or an agency or instrumentality of New York State or a political subdivision thereof.

  • Installed Capacity or 'IC’ means the summation of the name plate capacities of all the units of the generating station or the capacity of the generating station (reckoned at the generator terminals), approved by the Commission from time to time;

  • Unforced Capacity shall have the meaning specified in the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Nominal Capacity means the volume indicated by the manufacturer that represents the maximum recommended filling level.

A multi-shift basis should be used if it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.

  • indemnified capacity means any and all past, present and future service by an indemnified representative in one or more capacities as a director, officer, employee or agent of the corporation, or, at the request of the corporation, as a director, officer, employee, agent, fiduciary or trustee of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other entity or enterprise;

  • Nameplate Capacity means the maximum electrical generating output (in MWe) that a generator can sustain over a specified period of time when not restricted by seasonal or other deratings as measured in accordance with the United States Department of Energy standards.

  • Design capacity means the volume of a containment feature at a discharging facility that accommodates all permitted flows and meets all Aquifer Protection Permit conditions, including allowances for appropriate peaking and safety factors to ensure sustained, reliable operation.

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.

  • Potential electrical output capacity means, with regard to a unit, 33 per- cent of the maximum design heat input of the unit.

  • Daily Unforced Capacity Obligation means the capacity obligation of a Load Serving Entity during the Delivery Year, determined in accordance with Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8, or, as to an FRR entity, in Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1. “Day-ahead Congestion Price” shall mean the Congestion Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Local Capacity Area has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
