Nominated Car Park definition

Nominated Car Park means the parking places listed in Column (1) of Schedule 3;
Nominated Car Park means the car park owned, managed or operated by PPE which you notify to us as being the car park in which you intend to use your Season Ticket to park your vehicle.
Nominated Car Park means any parking facility owned, managed, operated by us or a third party provided for the parking of vehicles or other facilities for which we sell parking services, as specified in your Booking and to which the Booking relates;

  • Public Works Director means the Director of the Department of Public Works of the County of Los Angeles.

  • New Directors means any director whose election by the Board or whose nomination for election by the Company's stockholders was approved by a vote of at least two-thirds of the directors then still in office who were Present Directors or New Directors.

  • Architectural Control Committee means and refer to that committee constituted under Article 4 hereof for the review of Development Plans (as hereinafter defined) and other functions.

  • Clinical Director means an individual who meets the minimum requirements set forth in Title 9, CCR, and has at least two (2) years of full-time professional experience working in a mental health setting.
