Nominated Location definition

Nominated Location means, in relation to a Service, any of the Origin, Destination, Intermediate Point and such other location where railway vehicles operating that Service under the control of the Train Operator will move onto and off the Network; "Non-affected Party" has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 17.1; "Office of Rail and Road’s LOC Criteria" has the meaning ascribed to it in Part L of the Network Code;
Nominated Location means, in relation to a Service, its origin, destination and such other location where railway vehicles operating that Service under the control of the Train Operator will move onto and off the CVL;

Examples of Nominated Location in a sentence

More Definitions of Nominated Location
