A retiring Nominating Local Authority shall be eligible for re-election.
No Principal Shareholder may be elected as a Nominating Local Authority at a meeting (other than a member retiring at the meeting) unless, not less than one week prior to the notice of that meeting being sent to Shareholders, that Principal Shareholder has notified the Company in writing that it wishes to seek that election.
