This clause is not applicable to Ex-officio Government Nominee Directors.
In this Agreement, the term “Board” shall mean the entire Board (comprising all Representative Directors and Nominee Directors) and the term “Director” shall be used to refer generally to either a Representative Director or a Nominee Director).
The Directors of the Company (except Nominee Directors) are appointed by the shareholders at General Meetings.
Subject as aforesaid, the Nominee Director/s shall be entitled to the same rights and privileges and be subject to the same obligations as any other Director of the Company.
