Nominee Directors definition
Nominee Directors means the Promoter Director and/or the Investor Directors;
Nominee Directors means each of the MCK Directors and Echo Directors.
Nominee Directors means the individuals nominated by the Eligible Investors (as defined in the Shareholders’ Agreement) to be appointed to the Board, as Directors.

This clause is not applicable to Ex-officio Government Nominee Directors.
In this Agreement, the term “Board” shall mean the entire Board (comprising all Representative Directors and Nominee Directors) and the term “Director” shall be used to refer generally to either a Representative Director or a Nominee Director).
The Directors of the Company (except Nominee Directors) are appointed by the shareholders at General Meetings.
Subject as aforesaid, the Nominee Director/s shall be entitled to the same rights and privileges and be subject to the same obligations as any other Director of the Company.
The Government Nominee Directors do not get any remuneration from the Company.
More Definitions of Nominee Directors
Nominee Directors has the meaning given to it in clause 7.2;
Nominee Directors means each of the proposed nominee directors under this Circular, namely Louis-Philippe Carrière, Christopher Cole, Alexandre L’Heureux, Birgit Nørgaard, Suzanne Rancourt, Paul Raymond, Pierre Shoiry and Linda Smith-Galipeau;
Nominee Directors means each of the proposed director nominees under this Circular, namely, Pierre Shoiry, Christopher Cole, Richard Bélanger, Pierre Seccareccia, Pierre Simard, Grant G. McCullagh, Josée Perreault and Birgit Nørgaard;
Nominee Directors means Investor Directors and the SAHPL Directors, as the case may be;
Nominee Directors means those directors other than the Independent Directors.
Nominee Directors has the meaning given in clause 6.1. Official List means the official list of the ASX. Prescribed Occurrence means any of the following:
Nominee Directors means, collectively, the GA Directors, and the Investor Directors, and “Nominee Director” means any one of them.
