Non-Hotel Lodging definition

Non-Hotel Lodging means that part of a facility that is not a Hotel Lodging that makes rental accommodation available to the Public for 28 days or more in a calendar year (except accommodation that was rented for more than one month in a calendar year on an annual basis to the same person) and, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, includes any facility which contains strata title condominiums which can be rented through a rental management service (or has a covenant to rent registered on title) and includes pensions and bed and breakfast type lodgings;

Related to Non-Hotel Lodging

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Hotels means the hotel properties described in Exhibit A hereto, as it may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of Lessee and Operator to add hotel properties or to delete hotel properties as a result of termination of this Agreement with respect to one or more hotel properties pursuant to the termination provisions set forth in this Agreement. “Hotel” shall mean any hotel set forth on Exhibit A as it may be amended from time to time.

  • Transient lodging means a room or a suite of rooms.

  • Hotel Property means a Property on which there is located an operating hotel.

  • Apartment shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;
