Non-Medical Maximum definition

Non-Medical Maximum means an amount of insurance on a Covered Person which is not subject to Evidence of Insurability. The Non-Medical Maximum amounts are shown in the Schedule of Benefits. Any amounts of insurance in excess of the Non-Medical Maximums are subject to Evidence of Insurability. Evidence of Insurability will be at your expense.

  • SNRP has the meaning ascribed to it in the Railways (Licensing of Railway Undertakings) Regulations 2005;

  • Nonparticipating manufacturer means any tobacco product manufacturer that is not a participating manufacturer.

  • Non-Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Qualified Medical Child Support Order means a Medical Child Support Order which creates (including assignment of rights) or recognizes an Alternate Recipient's right to receive benefits to which a Participant or Qualified Beneficiary is eligible under this Plan, and has been determined by the Plan Administrator to meet the qualification requirements as outlined under “Procedures” of this provision.

  • Qualified medical provider means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.
