Non-Motorized Vehicles definition

Non-Motorized Vehicles means cycles or similar devices that are wheeled, operator-propelled equipment which transports the operator on land, except all wheelchairs, to include but not limited to unicycles, bicycles, tricycles, carts, skateboards and scooters.
Non-Motorized Vehicles means any trailer or any other device that is not self-propelled.
