Non-Solicitation Period definition

Non-Solicitation Period means a period of 12 months after the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company.
Non-Solicitation Period means the time of the Employee’s employment and a period of 24 months following the termination of the Employee’s employment for any reason.
Non-Solicitation Period has the meaning given in Section 8.2(a).

  • Executive agrees that during Executive’s employment with the Company hereunder and during the Non-Solicitation Period, Executive will not, either directly or indirectly, on Executive’s own behalf or in the service or on the behalf of others solicit, divert, or hire away, or attempt to solicit, divert, or hire away any person then employed by the Company, nor encourage anyone to leave the Company’s employ.

  • During the Non-Solicitation Period, the Executive shall not hire, solicit for hire, aid in or facilitate the hire, or cause to be hired, either as an employee, contractor or consultant, any person who is currently employed, or was employed at any time during the six-month period prior thereto, as an employee, contractor or consultant of the Company.

  • This limitation is not intended to limit the Company’s right to prevent misappropriation of its Confidential Information beyond the Non-Solicitation Period.

  • The Non-Compete Period and Non-Solicitation Period shall be tolled during (and shall be deemed automatically extended by) any period in which Employee is in violation of the provisions of this Section 6.

  • In addition, in the event of an alleged breach or violation by Employee of this Section 4, the applicable Non-Compete Period and Non-Solicitation Period set forth in this Section shall be tolled until such breach or violation has been cured.


More Definitions of Non-Solicitation Period

Non-Solicitation Period means the period commencing upon the Effective Date and ending on the first anniversary of the Date of Termination.
Non-Solicitation Period begins on the Effective Date and ends on the last day of the Contract Period, or, if longer, eighteen (18) months after the Company terminates your employment for Cause or you resign other than for Good Reason.
