Non-U.S. Entity definition

Non-U.S. Entity means an Entity that is not a U.S. Person.
Non-U.S. Entity shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.8 hereof.
Non-U.S. Entity means (1) any non-US citizen or non-permanent legal resident of the United States: or (2) any entity that is not formed in the United States or for which 50% or more of the equity is owned or controlled by persons who are not U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents of the United States.

Non-U.S. Entity means an Entity that is not a U.S. Person. jj) The term “U.S. Source Withholdable Payment” means any payment of interest (including any original issue discount), dividends, rents, salaries, wages, premiums, annuities, compensations, remunerations, emoluments, and other fixed or determinable annual or periodical gains, profits, and income, if such payment is from sources within the United States.
