Non-certified teacher with no prior experience: five periods during the first semester, three periods during the second semester.
Noncertified teacher means an individual considered appropriately qualified for the subject matter taught and who has completed at least one year of study at an accredited college or university and meets the qualifications outlined in S.C. Code Ann.
Non-certified teacher replacements are currently included in the Column C agreement and are members of the teachers’ bargaining unit but are not included in the Column A agreement.
