If, after notice and any hearing, the Director determines that an Event of Default exists, the Company shall have sixty (60) days to cure the Event of Default, failing which, the Director shall issue to the Illinois Department of Revenue notice to that effect, stating the Noncompliance Date pursuant to Section 5-65 of the Act.
