Nonexempt Person definition

Nonexempt Person means a Person which is not a Governmental Unit.
Nonexempt Person means a person not exempt from real property taxation pursuant to the provisions of the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York.
Nonexempt Person means any Person that is not an Exempt Person, and includes the federal government and its agencies and instrumentalities.

It is acknowledged and agreed by the Borrower that the Administrative Agent shall be permitted to disclose to any Lender upon such Lender’s request whether any potential assignee or participant is a Disqualified Lenders.

  • Disqualified Holder means any holder of shares of stock of the Corporation whose holding of such stock, either individually or when taken together with the holding of shares of stock of the Corporation by any other holders, may result, in the judgment of the Board of Directors, in the loss of, or the failure to secure the reinstatement of, any license or franchise from any governmental agency held by the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries to conduct any portion of the business of the Corporation or any of its subsidiaries.
