Electric Service means the furnishing of electric power and energy for lighting, heating, power, or any other purpose for which electric power and energy can be used;

Electric generation service means the provision of retail
Diagnostic Service means an examination or procedure performed to obtain information regarding the medical condition of an outpatient.
Electric System means all electrical wires, equipment, and other facilities owned or provided by the utility that are used to transmit electricity to customers.
Electric System Upgrades means any Network Upgrades, Distribution Upgrades, or Interconnection Facilities that are determined to be necessary by the CAISO or Participating Transmission Owner, as applicable, to physically and electrically interconnect the Project to the Participating Transmission Owner’s electric system for receipt of Energy at the Point of Interconnection (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) if connecting to the CAISO Grid, or the Interconnection Point, if connecting to a part of the Participating TO’s electric system that is not part of the CAISO Grid.
Commercial Service means water service provided by the water utility that the customer uses in the promotion of a business or business product that is a source of revenue or income to the customer or others using the premises.
Electric provider means any of the following:
Basic Service As defined in M.G.L. c. 164, § 1 and in orders of the Department, as amended or promulgated, as the case may be, from time to time. Business Day – Any day between the period of 8:00 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Prevailing Time, except Saturday, Sunday and any day which is a legal holiday or a day on which federal banking institutions in Boston, Massachusetts are authorized by law to close. Utility Services means any products, services and equipment related to energy, telecommunications,
energy service means the physical benefit, utility or good derived from a combination of energy with energy-efficient technology or with action, which may include the operations, maintenance and control necessary to deliver the service, which is delivered on the basis of a contract and in normal circumstances has proven to result in verifiable and measurable or estimable energy efficiency improvement or primary energy savings;
Master electrician means a person having the necessary qualifications, training, experience, and technical knowledge to plan, lay out, and supervise the installation and repair of electrical wiring apparatus, and equipment for electric light, heat, and power in accordance with the standard rules and regulations governing such work.
Home health aide services means the personal care and maintenance activities provided to individuals for the purpose of promoting normal standards of health and hygiene.
911 Service means a universal telephone number which gives the public direct access to the Public Safety Answering Point (“PSAP”). Basic 911 service collects 911 calls from one or more local exchange switches that serve a geographic area. The calls are then sent to the correct authority designated to receive such calls.
air service means a flight or a series of flights carrying passengers, cargo and/or mail for remuneration and/or hire;
Genetic services means a genetic test, genetic counseling (including obtaining, interpreting, or assessing genetic information), or genetic education.
Utility service means a service, the terms and conditions of which are regulated by the AUC, and includes services for which an individual rate, joint rate, toll, fare, charge or schedule of them, have been approved by the AUC.
Ambulance service means an entity, its personnel and equipment including, but not limited to, automobiles, airplanes, boats or helicopters, which are licensed to provide Emergency medical and Ambulance services in the state in which the services are rendered.

Mental health services provider means an individual, licensed or unlicensed, who performs or purports to perform mental health services, including a:
energy service provider means a natural or legal person who delivers energy services or other energy efficiency improvement measures in a final customer’s facility or premises;
Electric bicycle means a “class 1 electric bicycle”, a “class 2 electric bicycle”, or a “class 3 electric bicycle” as defined in this section. (ORC 4511.01(RRR))
Bulk Electric System shall have the meaning provided for in the NERC Glossary of Terms used in Reliability Standards, as it may be amended, supplemented, or restated from time to time.
Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider.
Ambulance service provider means Latrobe Health Services recognises the following providers for the purposes of paying benefits:
Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.
