Noninstitutional Investor Ownership Limit definition

Noninstitutional Investor Ownership Limit means that number of shares of Capital Stock one share lower than the number of shares of Capital Stock which would represent 5% of the Voting Power of all shares of Capital Stock issued and outstanding at the time of determination; provided, however, that the Noninstitutional Investor Ownership Limit may be revised from time to time pursuant to Section 14 of this Attachment A.
