Nonmortgaging vendor definition

Nonmortgaging vendor means a vendor who has not entered into a land contract mortgage granted by his or her vendee.

  • Leasehold Property means any leasehold interest of any Credit Party as lessee under any lease of real property.

  • Property Owner means any person shown as the owner of land on the last equalized assessment roll or otherwise known to be the owner of land by the city council. “Business owner” means any person recognized by the city as the owner of the business. “Owner” means either a business owner or a property owner.   • Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry means a mortgage licensing system developed and maintained by the conference of state bank supervisors and the American association of residential mortgage regulators for the licensing and registration of licensed mortgage loan originators.

  • Leasehold Mortgage means a mortgage, a deed of trust, a deed to secure debt, or other security instrument by which the Leasehold is mortgaged, conveyed, assigned, or otherwise transferred to secure a debt or other obligation.
