Leasehold Property means any leasehold interest of any Credit Party as lessee under any lease of real property.
Property Owner means any person shown as the owner of land on the last equalized assessment roll or otherwise known to be the owner of land by the city council. “Business owner” means any person recognized by the city as the owner of the business. “Owner” means either a business owner or a property owner. The city council has no obligation to obtain other information as to the ownership of land or businesses, and its determination of ownership shall be final and conclusive for the purposes of this part. Wherever this part requires the signature of the property owner, the signature of the authorized agent of the property owner shall be sufficient. Wherever this part requires the signature of the business owner, the signature of the authorized agent of the business owner shall be sufficient.
Leasehold interest means the interest of the lessor or the lessee under a lease contract.
Contracting entity means any person that has a primary business purpose of contracting with participating providers for the delivery of health care services.
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry means a mortgage licensing system developed and maintained by the conference of state bank supervisors and the American association of residential mortgage regulators for the licensing and registration of licensed mortgage loan originators.
Leasehold Mortgage means a mortgage, a deed of trust, a deed to secure debt, or other security instrument by which the Leasehold is mortgaged, conveyed, assigned, or otherwise transferred to secure a debt or other obligation.
