Nonperforming Mortgage Loan definition

Nonperforming Mortgage Loan. A First Mortgage Loan or a Second Mortgage Loan that is not a High LTV Mortgage Loan and (i) is in the process of foreclosure, (ii) is 60 days or more delinquent or (iii) with respect to which the Warehousing Period has expired.
Nonperforming Mortgage Loan has the meaning set forth in Exhibit H.
Nonperforming Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan that is 60 days or more delinquent, determined pursuant to the Mortgage Bankers' Association of America method for determining delinquency status as in effect on the date hereof.
