The Board of Trustees are fiduciaries of the School Corporation and shall operate the School Corporation in accordance with the School Corporation’s Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, in each case consistent with this Agreement and the provisions of the Act and the Nonprofit Act.
The President shall have and may exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Board, and shall additionally have such other powers as described in the Nonprofit Act, unless specifically limited by the Charter Schools Act, these Bylaws, or specific resolution of the Board.
