Nonresident relative of a resident definition

Nonresident relative of a resident means a person born in Montana who is the natural or adoptive child, sibling, or parent of a resident but is not a resident.

  • Nonresident decedent means a decedent who was domiciled in another jurisdiction at the time of his or her death.

  • Nonresident pharmacy means a pharmacy located outside of Utah that sells to a person in Utah.

  • Residential care home or “RCH” means a residential care home as defined and licensed under the Residential Care Homes (Elderly Persons) Ordinance (Cap. 459), or as defined and issued with a licence or certificate of exemption under the Residential Care Homes (Persons with Disabilities) Ordinance (Cap. 613), or the boarding section of a special school subvented under the Education Bureau, or the residential facilities of the Skills Centre (Tuen Mun) of Vocational Training Council, or a nursing home as referred to in the Hospitals, Nursing Homes and Maternity Homes Registration Ordinance (Cap. 165) which provides residential services for persons aged 60 or above in Hong Kong.

  • Resident individual means any natural person who is domiciled in this state at any time during the taxable year or who resides in this state during the taxable year for other than a temporary or transitory purpose. In the absence of convincing proof to the contrary, an individual other than a member of the armed forces of the United States, who is present in this state for more than one hundred eighty-three (183) days during the taxable year, is presumed to be a resident, but the absence of an individual from this state for more than one hundred eighty- three (183) days raises no presumption that the individual is not a resident. A resident who removes from the state during a taxable year is considered a resident until such resident has both established a definite domicile elsewhere and abandoned any domicile in this state;

  • Residential Units means individually or collectively (as the context requires), any or all residential apartment unit(s) in the Project.

  • Residential Development means lands, buildings or structures developed or to be developed for residential use;

  • Resident Partner means a partner who is a resident individual, a resident estate, a resident trust or a resident corporation. "Nonresident partner" means a partner other than a resident partner;
