Nonvoting Common Stock definition

Nonvoting Common Stock means the Nonvoting Common Stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company.
Nonvoting Common Stock means the common stock, $.001 par value, of the Corporation, which has no right to vote, except as set forth in the Certificate of Incorporation.

More Definitions of Nonvoting Common Stock

Nonvoting Common Stock means any class of nonvoting common stock of the Corporation approved by the Board of Directors of the Corporation and for which Stockholder Approval is obtained, and any securities into which such nonvoting common stock may hereafter be reclassified.
