Normal risk of collectibility definition

Normal risk of collectibility means the ordinary risk inherent in the lend- ing operation. Loans that are deemed to have more than a normal risk of col- lectibility include, but are not limited to, any adversely classified loans.
Normal risk of collectibility means the ordinary risk inherent in the lending operation. Any loans properly identifiable as "nonperforming" as defined in § 621.2(a)(17) of this chapter shall be deemed to have more than a normal risk of collectibility.

  • Risk Weighted Assets means the risk weighted assets or total risk exposure amount, as calculated by the Company in accordance with the Capital Regulations applicable to the Regulatory Group as at that point in time.

  • Environmental Attributes means any emissions and renewable energy credits, energy conservation credits, benefits, offsets and allowances, emission reduction credits or words of similar import or regulatory effect (including emissions reduction credits or allowances under all applicable emission trading, compliance or budget programs, or any other federal, state or regional emission, renewable energy or energy conservation trading or budget program) that have been held, allocated to or acquired for the development, construction, ownership, lease, operation, use or maintenance of the Company as of: (i) the date of this Agreement; and (ii) future years for which allocations have been established and are in effect as of the date of this Agreement.

  • Complications of Pregnancy means conditions whose diagnoses are distinct from pregnancy but are adversely affected by pregnancy or are caused by pregnancy. These conditions include acute nephritis, nephrosis, cardiac decompensation, missed abortion and similar medical and surgical conditions of comparable severity. Complications of pregnancy also include nonelective cesarean section, ectopic pregnancy which is terminated and spontaneous termination of pregnancy, which occurs during a period of gestation in which a viable birth is not possible.

  • fall risk means any potential exposure to falling either from, off or into;

  • operational risk means the risk of loss resulting from inadequate or failed internal processes, people and systems or from external events, and includes legal risk;

An Environmental Attribute may include one or more of the following identified with a particular megawatt hour of generation by a Renewable Energy Facility designated prior to Delivery: the Renewable Energy Facility’s use of a particular Renewable Energy Source, avoided NOX, SO X, CO2 or greenhouse gas emissions, avoided water use (but not water rights or other rights or credits obtained pursuant to requirements of Applicable Law in order to site and develop the Renewable Energy Facility itself) or as otherwise defined under an Applicable Program, or as agreed by the Parties. Environmental Attributes do not include production tax credits or other direct third-party subsidies for generation of electricity by any specified Renewable Energy Facility.

  • Degradation means a decrease in the useful life of the right-of-way caused by excavation in or disturbance of the right-of-way, resulting in the need to reconstruct such right-of-way earlier than would be required if the excavation or disturbance did not occur.

  • systemic risk means a risk of disruption in the financial system with the potential to have serious negative consequences for the financial system and the real economy;

  • Underlying Assets With respect to a Loan, any property or other assets designated and pledged as collateral to secure repayment of such Loan, including, without limitation, to the extent provided for in the relevant Underlying Instruments, a pledge of the stock, membership or other ownership interests in the related Obligor and all Proceeds from any sale or other disposition of such property or other assets.

  • High global warming potential hydrofluorocarbons means any hydrofluorocarbons in a particular end use for which EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) program has identified other acceptable alternatives that have lower global warming potential. The SNAP list of alternatives is found at 40 CFR Part 82 subpart G with supplemental tables of alternatives available at (http://www.epa.gov/snap/).

  • Salvage value means the amount received for property retired, less any expenses incurred in connection with the sale or in preparing the property for sale, or, if retained, the amount at which the material recoverable is chargeable to materials and supplies, or other appropriate account.

  • Buyer Material Adverse Effect means any event, change, occurrence or effect that would reasonably be expected to prevent, materially delay or materially impede the performance by the Buyer Parties of their obligations under this Agreement or the Ancillary Agreements to which any of them will be a party or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

  • Collateral Value The appraised value of a Mortgaged Property based upon the lesser of (i) the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the sales price of such Mortgaged Property at such time of origination. With respect to a Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were used to refinance an existing mortgage loan, the appraised value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) obtained at the time of refinancing.

  • As is where is basis means License of the said commercial advertisement space including all equipment, installations, fittings and fixtures is given on ‘as is where is basis’. The Licensee may make additions or alterations in the licensed space, carry out various installations including electric installations and wiring, with the prior permission of DMRC in writing at its own cost. Licensee shall not be entitled for any compensation with regard to additions carried out by them in the licensed Commercial spaces. Licensee shall be required to hand over the Licensed Space at the end of license period.
