Nortel common stock definition

Nortel common stock or “common stock of Nortel” means common shares without nominal or par value in the authorized capital of Nortel.
Nortel common stock means the common stock of Nortel.
Nortel common stock shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(a).

  • Such costs may be reasonable travel, lodging and training costs when this is legitimate due to business reasons.

  • If you engaged in additional purchases of Nortel common stock during the Recovery Period (i.e., the periods from October 24, 2000 through February 15, 2001 and/or April 24, 2003 through April 27, 2004) that were not approved by the courts overseeing the Nortel Class Actions, or if you did not submit a proof of claim in the Nortel Class Actions, you must submit a Proof of Claim Form in this action to be eligible to recover for those purchases in the SEC Fair Fund.

  • At the close of business on October 23, 2000, I owned the following number of shares of Nortel common stock (If none, write “0” or “Zero”) (must be documented if other than zero).

  • Newco Common Stock means the common stock, par value $.01 per share, of Newco.
