Not for Resale. “Beta”, “Preview” (collectively “NFR”), means the Cloud Service provided and used for the purpose of evaluation, testing, proof of concept (POC), feature preview versions, or similar.

  • Exchange Registration shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3(c) hereof.
